"Nice clean rooms every time. The entire staff are friendly and mostly helpful. I asked to have my room serviced with towels and toiletries, but was never cleaned or freshened up, for five day stay. Parking was for the weekend too."

"The facility was nice. The pool was cloudy, but we still went in it. We were in it for about 5 mins and I stepped on something in the bottom of the pool it looked like some one had pooped in it. We got out immediately. When I went to the desk no one was there and I called down 2x no one answered. When I dropped my key off at check out no one was there either."

"I did not appreciate that the shower was not working properly. Half of the water came out of the faucet at the bottom and half came out at the showerhead the last time I was there prior to this last visit there was no hot water. I’m not sure if I will stay there the next time."

"Outdoor pool looks like it's getting taken out (covered in sand). But, it's April in Michigan, did not expect it to open. Small issue with our first room(smelled like cigarettes and commode was not clean), staff changed us to a different room right away. Lobby was very clean "
