"Great location and a lovely pub. We arrived on a very hot evening with our own fan. The room would not have been usable without it. However we were allowed to use our own. But we feel one should have been available in the room. We had a couple of relaxing drinks in the spacious garden before retiring. Breakfast was lovely this morning. Fixed menu but we were allowed to flex from it. Staff were really helpful and engaging. This is a popular pub and you need to book ahead. We will return as it was a very enjoyable overnight stay."

"We stayed one week in the Cottswald, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. It was truly a resort experience. The grounds were gorgeous, and there were many indoor and outdoor seating areas including 3 posh lounges with different vibes. Reading, games and music/relaxing. Upscale Aromatherapy diffusers by each bedside! Dinner was best meal of our lives, and a lovely breakfast was included. The smart tv worked perfectly, and the staff was incredibly helpful. There was a helpful welcome brochure, and walking maps. The first day, We had a lovely walk to Edbrington. Second day, we visited Hidcote gardens. We recommend both. The mini bar was stocked with goodies for purchase, and were provided with water, espresso, and hot chocolate. This luxury hotel is managed with a lot of love and attention to detail. Would stay again!"

"Pros: World class restaurant. Mussels were incredible. Breakfast was lovely and included. Friendly staff. Our room was quaint with historical fireplace, decorated beautifully. Location was convenient and free street parking was easy to find. Cons: Bed was extremely hard and lumpy. Pillows were flat. Neither of us slept well. We stayed in the executive room on the bottom floor. Dining tables were on the exterior walk of our room. Because there is no a/c windows needed to stay open, so could hear conversations of patrons until restaurant closed."

"We booked the Tuzo Room in the main older part of the Bantam Tearooms. I knew from reviews that the room can get hot & a large fan was provided, which we kept on for our one night stay. Staff were very polite & check in details were clear on the booking. I thought from the photos in the booking that the corridor with the armchairs was exclusively part of our accommodation at £160 a night. It was actually a shared passage with the other guests rooms so slightly disappointed. However we enjoyed our stay & it was a quiet comfortable stay. Breakfast was included which was very nice & served to guests before the tearoom was open to the public. Staff were very polite & told us the history of the building. We bought some homemade cakes for our journey & they were delicious. Melt in the mouth shortbread & a yummy moist lemon drizzle cake. Very convenient location in the main High Street with plenty of free parking."

"A fabulous stay with Cotswold House Hotel and Spa. The staff were efficient and friendly through the hotel. The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. There were plenty of spaces in the car park with 3 EV chargers for us to use, our car was fully charged in 4 hours. The food was amazing! I cannot recommend this hotel enough."
