"Marriott Heathrow is very clean with a great restaurant. The only downside is that there is no shuttle to the airport; this seems like an obvious amenity to offer for an airport hotel. I had to book a shuttle at additional expense; I would have much preferred it to be included in my room fee."

"From the photos of the rooms I had seen, I was prepared for a rather boring, average room, so I was very pleasantly surprised when the room turned out to be very stylish and charming. The fabrics were of lovely and of good quality and there were antiques as well as modern touches. The bathroom was spacious and had really nice granite and large porcelain tile. "We stayed here 6 years ago and had an amazing stay so we were hoping it was still as good and it was, I actually thought the reception staff were much nicer this time. Rooms are just fabulous and super clean, pool area is so lovely and they do the best dirty martinis :) Honestly this place is one of my favourites !"
