"Gym / Spa not included. Bed was lumpy. Lounge music at dinner was too loud and had adverts. No PAT testing undertaken on any appliances in room, some emergency lights were requiring servicing. Dinner was ok - steak swimming in blood, broccoli had salt added, and skin on fries were no skin on as well as solid overly salted. "

"Have stayed here many times over the years. Staff always excellent, good breakfast offering, clean rooms and comfy beds, handy location for the NEC and dog friendly.
