"This B&B was absolutely wonderful! Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo. All of the staff were so helpful and kind - can't say enough. The room was very nice. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet plazza yet closed to all tourist attractions, central train station, and LiDL supermarket. I didn't find anything lacking from the hotel. "

"Kala Rooms were clean and in a good location close to the harbour and main shopping/eating old town tourism areas. The breakfast worked well across the plaza in front of Kala Rooms, with a hotel-provided coupon to a pastry shop for a wide variety of delicious fresh pastries and coffees."

"Emanuele was a very friendly and helpful host - he helped me with parking (tip, don’t hire a car in Palermo!) and even presented us with birthday cake for my wife’s birthday- nice touch!"

"The host was very responsive and when an issue occured she arranged alternative accomodations for a night. Her apartment is like walking back in time 100 years with antique furnishings and 13' high ceilings. Veruly comfortable and easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants."

"A very nice up-market B&B in the heart of historic Palermo. The room was spotlessly clean and quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location is just minutes away from major attractions such as the Cathedral and Royal Palace. Be aware that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the apartments so may be a problem if you have mobility issues."

"The room was great. Plenty of space and it was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well. I really liked the space in the shower as I’m really tall and often in places in Italy it’s hard to shower. The host was extremely helpful regarding how to get around Palermo. You’re not very far from the train station nor are you very far from Quattro Canti where many restaurants are. I would love to stay at this property again."

"the tub worked fantastic, Erika and Francesco were kind and very helpful with reservations and any requests. great location too. Only challenge were the stairs but we were assisted with luggage when help was around. Coffee, water and tea are available, but food is available at nearby kiosks and restaurants. It’s a quaint experience. "
