"I was in room number four a well appointed room the size of a jail cell At least I could come and go at will The real robot looked the street which was a bit noisy in the morning, the narrow street and the cacophony of sound was a bit much Darrio and Fortunatato we outstanding and extremely helpful in how to move about the city and provided a simple map which was great "

"Fulvio is the best host ever!!! He helped us with our luggages and called our taxi going back to the train station. He also gave us a wine for free but didn’t ended up drinking it. (We don’t drink lol) He’s quick when needed and very helpful! We enjoyed our stay here very much! Room is roomy and clean! Love that we got an upgraded room for family of 3. There’s a breakfast/cafe next to the place with a great coffee and pistachio croissant- which we went for 2 days. Location is amazing! Close...

"This was our first visit to Florence. The first room we were given (216) was very poor. Bedding Threadbare, Smelled of bleach Bathroom had only one light over the mirror so the rest of the very small bathroom was in the dark. The shower had fittings missing and a tile off. It was grubby overall due to being so old. The tiling and fittings looked like they were over 30 years old. It desperately needed a refurbish overall.
