"This hotel was perfect for us in every respect. We were greeted on arrival by Andrea and he could not have been more helpful, as he was throughout the rest of our 4 night stay.
All of the staff members were friendly, polite and accommodating. The system for breakfast was excellent i.e. selecting requirements in advance, the choices available were extensive.
The hotel was charming and full of character in keeping with it's age (built in 1765), be aware there is no lift which was not a problem for...

"Lovely old building which has been modernised well. In the most incredible location and walking distance to most of the main must do sites. Huge choice of restaurants and bars very close by. Buzzy, fun area.
As a person who needs natural daylight I found our studio room a little gloomy but we spent so little time there during the day it really didn't matter too much.
Gianlucca the property manager was an absolute superstar and couldn't have been more accommodating.
Palermo is the most wonderful...
