"Breakfast was included daily and there was a wide variety to choose from. Tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Room was a decent size ( well, this is Europe!) but was very clean! Shower was awesome. If you don’t mind hopping on a train ( Waterloo) to get somewhere, this is a great hotel. "

"Yes but they need to have someone monitoring it. I caught a diner taking bread back to her table decided she no longer wanted it and put it back which meant some unsuspecting diner wod have eaten the germ ladden bread if I had not removed it and reported it to staff."

"The surrounding area was dirty and rundown. The room was not cozy, it was a sardine can. One couldn't dry off after a shower in the bathroom and had to sit sideways on the toilet to fit. The bed wasn't made correctly as the far side was inaccessible. NOT a repeat for sure!"

"The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. Loved the place and will be back again"

"I didn’t even stay here because the rooms were not clean. WiFi didn’t work ever. I was moved to three different rooms and they were each not clean. The carpets are filthy and didn’t want to walk barefoot in the room. Upsides: location and clever layout of small room to keep suitcase out of the way. "

"The hotel exceeded all expectations. We arrived and our room was not quite ready. The check in staff offered us a voucher for two glasses of champagne while we waited; they then come to find us to tell us the room was ready and they had upgraded us. We had a lovely room with a nice view. On the way back after dinner we stopped at 12th knot for a couple of cocktails and enjoyed the atmosphere and great view over St Paul’s. Our room was on the 9th floor, not the biggest room we have ever stayed at, but a good size, with a nice bathroom and decent amenities. My only comment is that it would be nice if there was a mirror by the desk so that it can be used as a dresser. The bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet, no slamming doors through the night like in other hotels. A very enjoyable stay. "
