"It was really really noisy, we had someone outside revving their motorbike. Music was being played alot, could hear neighbours. Anytime someone closed a door the whole room shaked. Also was Makeup all over the bathroom door. "

Excellent, large, airy, relaxed pub, with outdoor seating,below the rooms; child and dog friendly. Our teenagers liked the pool table. Attractive space. "Great location! The Uber boat was a short walk away. That provided multiple stops up the Thames all the way to the Tower Bridge. The taxi stand adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to transportation to Heathrow and sites around Kensington. The underground had a stop a short walk away too. Overall a very pleasant experience at the Doubletree!"

"Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely."
