"Nice basic hotel in pretty & quiet street. Good location for visiting family who live 20 mins walk across tooting common. This is stones throw from the common & its cafe. Set in nice residential area. Taken a star off as mattress was a bit hard for me but to be fair I have got a very soft one at home that I’m used to. Room bit basic but ok for 1 or 2 nights."

"Very clean and I was helped when I couldn't see my lock box! Wrong glasses. Really convenient for me and while there is a little noise its really not bad for the location, and ear plugs were provided!"

"Size was very small however cleanliness was good. They should keep at least 2 bottles of water for guests in the room."

"Staff were welcoming and helpful, it was my sons birthday, they had put some ballons and 2 cakes in the room, a really nice and warm touch. Hotel is in a nice and quiet area, set back from road and with the lovely Battesea Park right opposite, yet its only a 6 minute walk to Battersea Power Station and the Underground which is only 6 stops to the West End. Nice pool and sauna too. "

"The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter....

"water pressure is too low caused by the shower's problem. The shower room is open:- half by a rotating glass: seems dangerous to break the glass. opening shower space may feel a bit cold upon showing. Water will flow outside of the shower space when the drain pipe does not run well. Personally, shower room design is not perfect. Receptions and breakfast waiters served very well. Reception Nashid helped to change room twice to avoid the neighboring room made noises."

"I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus.
