"Perfect location if you have an early flight out of Bristol. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The restaurant left much to be desired...not great choices and food was average. The lobby and restaurant area felt institutional but the hotel had most of what you need for a short stay."

"Great staff and very clean.
Management great.
The young gentleman at the reception gave us outstanding service and honoured our VIP status that we had for Radisson (as they have just changed to Majestics hotels)
Restaurant/breakfast managers lovely and very attentive and nice.
Only one point, there was an American lady as staff member at breakfast (we saw her one day) let’s say she didn’t seem that she was enjoying her job as much…
Everything else lovely , they cleaners lovely.

"I originally wanted to book from the 14th to the 18th but the system wouldn’t allow me to do that so I ended up booking one night and then after a couple of false starts I managed to book the other 3 nights. The first night I had a room with a shower which was very nice (lovely in fact). However the wi fi was terrible downstairs but works a lot better upstairs as I had to change rooms because of not being able to book all 4 nights at the same time. Really good otherwise."
