"The hotel was neat and comfortable however the parking is ridiculous. The only option to park is valet for $27/a day. Otherwise you have to self park two blocks away in a public parking lot which is $1.50/hr. Cleveland isn’t safe enough to walk around let alone at night. Otherwise, the coffee bar has limited staff with different hours than advertised and the restaurant wasn’t open to dine either. I ended up doordashing food. "I stayed in a corner room on the 21st floor. I was so impressed it was an incredible room. The views were stunning and it was the PERFECT place to stay for a concert at Huntington Stadium. Everyone was so friendly and the food was great. Rooms were extremely clean too!! Highly recommend "

Rooms were clean and nice, bathroom was well-equipped and we appreciated the free coffee in the room. Hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do: Playhouse Square, shops and restaurants. We would stay again! "
