"I was not told until I checked in and paid that there was no elevator and I had to lug my stuff up 2 fights of stairs. I am physically able but at times travel with older folks who would not be able to do that. I got there late and the vending machine on 2nd floor did not work to get drinks. I told the desk next day. Breakfast was fresh and food area very clean. Maybe a few food items for those who arrive late to buy would be good. "

We found an old pill, some dirt and crumbs, but it wasn’t too bad. We did have very noisy neighbors, but that is to be expected anywhere you go, especially on graduation weekend. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. "

"Had a good stay at the La Quinta Inn in Batavia. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the bed. The location worked well for me since it was about an hour from Niagara Falls and around 30 minutes from Rochester where I attended a graduation. Breakfast was decent — the usual bagels, eggs, juice, fruit, etc. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean and good. Also convenient area with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. "This hotel looks a little bit like it's from an old horror movie. Very long dark hallways. We entered into our room and there were splatters of something running down the wall, some sort of white stains all over the bag the blow dryer was in, the bottoms if the doors were all splintered and I could not bring myself to walk barefoot on the carpet. We lifted the mattress up to check for cleanliness and found a used sleep mask. I would not stay there again."
