The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. "Perfect place for somewhere that is off the beaten track but still not far from anything you would want. Lovely two storey cottage with character and loads of information on places to go and things to do. Tons of varied DVDs available. Toilet downstairs and shower room with toilet upstairs. Wifi available but limited range can be problematic for some applications (e.g. streaming). Fab, clean hot tub. Friendly, helpful family run the farm and 2 cottages. "

10/10 Excellent

"Second stay, just as enjoyable as the first. Staff are friendly, rooms are a good size though it can be a bit of a walk from reception and a little maze like. Nice location although the building itself is showing signs of its age. Spa downstairs is well equipped and there are lots of peacocks wandering around the grounds. Area is very nice, close to Snowdon, not too far from Chester or the coast. "

"We had a wonderful stay at IXORA. The location is perfect, right next to the lagoon and hills, offering beautiful views. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We spent some time in the hotel spa, it was incredibly relaxing and definitely worth the fee. As dog owners, we really appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere and the outdoor garden, which was perfect for short morning walks. The staff were all very friendly. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a drinking water refill station for guests. Overall, highly recommended!"
