"Very welcoming"

"The hotel was very clean however the fridge was not working well and there was no handsoap in the bathroom. It seemed there was only one person at front desk for help. We had to go downstairs to get soap as no one answered the phone."

"Room felt crowded and old in style. Bathtub was cracked and the beds were awful. We could feel the springs from the mattress. The hot tub was colder than bath water and the entire pool area felt unsafe. The doors were rusty inside the pool area, no poll towels and the smell as you entered the front door to the lobby smelled like dead fish. I heard another guest tell the front desk it smelled bad in the entrance where the luggage carts were at like a wet dog. The entrance to the motel is not well...

"The old 25 year-old air conditioner made noise and it was a very loud room floors have never been washed. It’s gross."

"Meets basic needs"

"Walls were ‘thin’. Toddler next door was noisy. We were put in a handicapped room… we didn’t ask for it or need it. The room was fine but shower was a walk in and water got throughout the bathroom floor. Slippery"

"Had a strange experience at check in where the front desk staff was MIA. There was two other guest attempting to check in but there was no one around. I left, had an early dinner, returned and a very pleasant gentleman checked us in. The room was very clean and beautiful. It was a great place to stay that was close to all the places we wanted to visit. "

"Hands down the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. It was filthy and not kept up at all. Strong odor of smoke that the review won’t let me specify from inside the hotel lobby. Another group was checking out of the property when I was checking in due to the condition of the hotel. 0/10 do not recommend. I will not be back. "

"We stay here very often a few times a month I would say. We have never had a problem. Free breakfast which is always a plus. The rooms are always clean and the staff polite. The rates a great compared to surrounding."

"Worst stay at this property ever. My booked room was not honored; did not get a room until half an hour later; malfunctioned TV, microwave, and poor internet signal were deadly. But a hot water bath, a comfortable bed, and quiet air conditioning gave me a very comfortable long sleep such that I had plenty of energy to continue my trip next day."

"Woke up in the middle of the night with cockroaches in my bed and all over the floor. Look like black mildew in the tile in the shower.. needs major renovations"

"When we arrived it looked a bit unkempt outside so at 2 am I told my son we were leaving stuff in the car and checking the room. After entering the supposedly non smoking room all you could smell was smoke"
