"Hall carpet was terrible, room bath terrible, patching poor, paint didn’t match"

"Disappointed there was no business center. Night staff at front desk was very unhelpful. Seemed offended that they had to out down their book to help me. Never got wifi to work. Didn't want to answer my questions about Wyndham rewards. Very load parties in rooms down the hall after 10 pm. I travel a lot and rarely stay at Wyndhams. This visit reminded me of why I don't."

"No towels or washcloths in the room. Everything is definitely bare minimum. Was not impressed. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels pass on the Tru’s. Will go to different hotel from now on."

"The staff at the front desk, amazing! Love the conversation. However, I feel with the location being right off the highway, the turnover is high, which means the upkeep of the property is suffering. The rooms were not clean (had to be moved into a different room). There were beer bottles and water bottles in the hallways and stairwells (stayed there for 4 days, it was never cleaned). The clean towels were severely stained, and so were the “clean sheets”. For the cleaning crew, maybe more detailed training would greatly improve the experience of the guest. "

"This is a nice hotel to spend a night at, which is what we did. The bed was too firm for me, even my husband mentioned he was a little sore in the morning but that would be my only complaint (although it’s certainly an important one to address). Would stay again but would bring a mattress pad with me."

"Room i reserved was under maintenance, so i got put in a room i think was pet friendly because it smelled like piss. Thought it was because the toilet wasnt flushed but no it just smelled like piss. I would of made it an issue but it was the only room available short term around town. It did suck that they don't have a morning garbage service. You have to take it out to the dumpster next to the building. Other than that staff is nice."
