"Front desk staff unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate simple request to avoid having to change rooms for a 2 night stay. Ultimately paid for upgrade and opted not to upgrade after seeing the room and staff refused to refund the upgrade charge. Won’t be back!"

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. I booked a trip for his birthday. I do recommend that you add the birthday package for an additional $50. It was amazing. All the staff was really nice and kind. The cleaning staff was very patient and the food was delicious."

Pool was dirty and not maintained. Unusable.

"I booked our stay there because it was close to the venue we were attending and I am so glad we did because it was storming the day of the event and the hotel was close enough to go back and forth and the parking deck was right there as well. If you are attending the cocoa cola roxy venue I recommend this hotel. "
