First room (101- pet friendly) was quite disgusting. The smell of cigars/cigarettes and body odor knocked you over as you open the door. . 2nd room was better. But not very clean. The floors were only swept but had not been washed properly. Splatters all over walls and the door frame int the bathroom ...

We loved our overnight stay at the Hampton. Room were spotless,beds super comfortable and good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Kelowna airport with a shuttle so is ideal for an early morning flight.
