"The battery in the in-room safe was dead, so it was unusable. During breakfast I asked the staff person if I could get gluten free waffle batter (which was posted as an option on the breakfast board in the lobby), and there was such a language barrier, they did not have any idea what I was asking for, and I never did get the waffle batter. Staff was friendly, room was clean, the fridge was a great size and nice for leftover food items from our dinner. "

"Our room was bigger and better than expected.I was pleasantly surprised to see a couch and a little kitchenette type set up. The bed was not quite comfortable until you move to the side less used. The staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel looked and smelled clean, including our room.The breakfast was typical. Other than that, the only bummer was no elevator to the second floor. If your looking to add stair climbing workout to your stay, this is the place."

"Do not stay here the place is dirty the staff is rude we had 1pillows on each bed asked for some more and was told no asked for a clean blanket and they said they did not have anymore so we went and bought some the hot tub was broke and dirty the night clerk stood outside smoking as we stood there for 10 minutes waiting to check in and stared at us. they advertise breakfast and it was oatmeal and bananas. i am not a picky person i have stayed at many not so good hotels and made it work but this one was terrible. i do not recommend there are plenty of better hotels in the same area. "
