"The outside temperatures were in the mid-90's, but the area around the outdoor pool had trees plus areas of umbrellas. With the Columbia River breeze it was really beautiful. The room was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only 'negative' for us ~ we were in room 390 and after unpacking we discovered our toilet was made for kids / little people / dwarfs... ~ much lower to the ground than 'normal'. We quickly adjusted and did not request a change of rooms. We stayed...

"There were a huge amount of unhoused individuals all over the parking lot. I felt extremely unsecured. Please be warned that this is the bad part of town so adjust your expectations."

"The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs. If I could ZERO stars!"

"I saw someone doing a hand to hand drug exchange in the parking lot, the trash was built up next to the trashcan in the hall way for 2 days the small was awful it overpowered the air freshener and the homeless in the parkinglot had me worried about my car being broken into never again for an extended stay they need security roaming the parkinglot."

"Really relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. Wish they had parking for guests who booked a stay. The available appointments for massages were zero."

"The hotel staff was fantastic including both people at front desk and kitchen. Hot coffee and cold water all day which are great. Several limitations noted: very small room with two queen sized bed; lobby was small with no seating; stayed for four days with breakfast of the first three mornings exactly the same. But overall, nice one for the price."
