"I like this hotel over all. My room was only cleaned once during my 5day stay, but it was memorial day weekend, so there may have been staffing mixups.
The toilet in my room had a problem that I asked them to fix, but they ended up not doing it and I had to sort it out on my own.
I have stayed here before and everything was fine. I'm sure this was just because of the holiday weekend."
"The rooms stunk really bad. Our room smelled like dirty feet. My daughter and families room was even worse. The room smelled super bad and the closet reeked of mold or mildew. Which made them have to pay more to go to another hotel separating us all. The refrigerator did not have a freezer. Looked like the pool was indoors but never got to use it since we were all separated. The bathroom did not have a fan. The only view was of a fence. The lady at the counter was nice and promised my daughter they would be refunded but now they are saying they don't know anything about it. Hoping they can get it cleared up tomorrow. The breakfast was nice, good coffee and big creamer bottles. Only one elevator was a little inconvenient but we were able to move to a room on the 1st floor. Said it was a 14 minute walk to the Coming King ~ not even close. You would have to walk down a highway, cross I-10 and climb a steep hill. Not likely to stay here again."
"Arrived to a closed office at 6:30 pm
There is no cell service and the WiFi didn’t work. When you could finally pick up one bar of WiFi, the password didn’t work. Many attempts on various devices. This isn’t safe to have no cell service, no WiFi and no staff. Especially in an area that massively flooded last year and there was a thunderstorm last night."
"The sheets on the bed weren’t really that clean. The room was maintained well. The pool outside was also not maintained well but it had been raining so maybe that’s why. Overall it was an okay stay, the staff were super sweet when checking in! Lovely ladies! Thank you!"
