"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The pool/hot tub were great with the little water slide. We also enjoyed take out one night by one of the fire pits.
The breakfast was pretty typical--packaged pastries, waffles, biscuits and gravy, but tasty enough to fill us up. I always appreciate 24/7 coffee available in the lobby.
My only complaint is that they sell wine at the front desk, but will not open it for you. Instead, you have to buy a $5 corkscrew. Since we're flying carry-on, we couldn't take this home. I'd have been happier with a $5 fee to open the bottle, but either way I feel like charging to open the bottle we bought from you is a disservice. And, outside of breakfast hours, the only drinking water available is the bottled water they sell for a hefty markup.
Neither of these is a deal breaker, but it does feel a little petty for what is otherwise a very nice hotel."
