"Hostel bien ubicado cerca de Plaza de España, Palacio Real, La Almudena y Sala la Riviera (nosotros lo escogimos por 2 noches, por cercanía a esta sala, para un concierto). Limpio, personal amable. Habitaciones básicas y pequeñas (la nuestra era una doble con 2 camas individuales). Desayuno continental muy básico: yo soy celíaca y pese a habérselo dicho con más de 1 mes de antelación, no hicieron nada por disponer de algún producto sin gluten (ni una rebanada de pan ni una Magdalena)...."

"The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, but the only problem that we encountered was the elevator was out of oder for all three days. Taking luggage up four floors it’s not fun. Otherwise, the hotel is in a very good location. "

"Muy mala atención de parte del personal, tuve problema con el Aire acondicionado y nunca solucionaron. La entrada huele feo, se fue electricidad solo en el hotel...solo es buena la Ubicación. No iria de nuevo"

"Difficult to find as the entrance was a building site, very narrow and unstable stairs to get to the first floor. Once checked in, was a real nice stay. Just definitely didn't expect the building site - was definitely a "well this doesn't look like the pictures" moment "

"Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. It has the wrong location on Google and I spent almost an hour with the Uber driver going up and down the street. The entrance door is not well-lit and not unique. It’s fine once you get inside. There is no number to call for customer service either so they really need to change that! "

"We had a fantastic stay at Woohoo Rooms! The neighborhood is perfect for walking around, hopping on public transport, shopping, and restaurant hopping. It's also a super LGBTQ friendly area, which is important to me. We loved our private balcony which had shutters that we could control with the flip of a switch. The AC and a TV also went a long way and made us feel cozy. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. So convenient and easy and beautiful. Thank you,...

"This is a self check-in hotel. There is no staff in site. If you book with Hotels.com be sure to directly contact the property prior to the day you check in. Otherwise, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area close to the Metro. I needed just one night at a cheap hotel not far from the airport. This was perfect. "

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....
