"Fomos gentilmente recebidos por uma funcionária simpática, que nos deu algumas dicas, inclusive nos emprestou o cartão do metrô. O único inconveniente é o barulho noturno (o nosso quarto era voltado para a rua). Por volta das 03:00, sempre passava o caminhão de lixo e, no quarto ao lado, ao usar o banheiro, era um barulho terrível. Bem próximo ao metrô Ventas, tb perto de supermercados e outras lojinhas de conveniência. Simples, mas valeu o que pagamos. Tem frigobar, tv, ar condicionado, toalhas...

"We loved our stay at woohoo rooms. The room was clean, but small for a jr suite. We did have a king size bed which we liked. The location was good and very walkable to everything in Madrid. The sign for the hotel was small and on the left of entrance. Take elevator to second floor and u will still need to walk up about 10-12 steps to entrance. The hotel is small about 8 rooms. "Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....
