Pension tại Cộng đồng Madrid

"There is no way to contact the host before check in time and even then . They finally responded to my messages on Expedia a day after I was already checked in . I had to call Expedia from Spain to ask them to contact the host to get an idea on how to check in since this is an apartment building. The room is on the 4th floor and the elevator wasn’t working. To room itself was clean and functional. The room didn’t smell bad but the “ apartment “ smelled like sewer. They had 3 single beds which is...

"This property is 2 blocks from the Plaza Mayor and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room is small but noisy at night with people coming and going."

"Not sure why Expedia would list a place like this. I would check those reviews. The first impression I got about the place was that it felt like I arrived at some type of halfway house. I stayed only the time it took me to find a new stay (5minutes). Bad Expedia."

"The place is very central and the gentleman running it is helpful. It’s very central and around €60 a night. There’s a hand basin in the room. Shared bathroom but it was very clean. Very little noise insulation but it’s city centre Madrid. For the price, it’s a good deal."

"They canceled our booking less than 24h before we were scheduled to stay there and still 1 month later have not refunded us don’t book here "
