"Excellent location right in the heart of the historic area. Many restaurants and shopping places right outside. Will definitely recommend. Had a balcony right over the main road, love that once we shut the balcony doors the room was entirely quiet. "

"Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly by helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to your room from a bar downstairs and consists of a choice of hot drink, cold drink and a savoury or sweet snack. Only recommendation would be when dropped off by transportation :taxi or uber ask to be dropped off on the main road Via carbonara if you don’t want to have a scary moment walking through small alleys , believe me is not the greatest first impression."
