"Overall the place is quite expensive for what it is but maybe that’s just NYC prices. The interior of our room was very dated and the AC is a bit confusing as you need to use the wall thermostat to adjust the temperature. The top of the free standing closet was incredibly dusty. "The room looked as if it hadn't been turned over for us. We got into the bed first thing and there was a lot of sand in the made up bed. There was markings all over the wall and the floors had not been vacuumed from what we could see."
