About the only complaint was that Expedia said there was a complementary breakfast included with the stay, which there wasn’t. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the concierge service with parking my car and having it ready when needed. My original room had no AC and was very warm, but the hotel wasn’t busy so the front desk personally took me up and let me choose another room.
