"Very clean room, bed was very Comfortable. Some of the amenities were closed for repairs. Quiet and relaxing."

"The breakfast was great! I was very let down regarding the amenities the hotel had to offer. Many things including the pool with the large slide and obstacle courses were closed for renovations. The rooms need an update. Our bathroom door was faulty and squeezed loudly whenever opened. "

"Everything was great..the hot was very good for the sore bones .I do have to mantion that our shower in the master room had a hole from water spraying on it coming from the shower head."

"Couldn't ask for a better experience for the money with 2 small children. Not sure about teenagers or adults as the pools are all shallow. The two waterslides are for real, though. Villas are really nice. Clean and modern. Staff was terrific, everyone we encountered. Special shout out to Mike the maintenance guy who helped us with our TV, even though he's a Knicks fan, and Chris at the front desk."

"Room was very small and the air conditioning was intermittent. They have 24-hour service but you don't feel like having an AC replaced at 2:00 a.m. Towel service was only between specific periods of time. No vending or snacks as this is a private condo community. I did like the 24-hour access to the pool and tub. Everything was very very clean. It was a bit out of the way for the theme parks compared to other comparably priced properties. I did however feel safe with my family as it is in a good area."
