"The cottage we stayed in was adorable with our own little porch. John was so welcoming. The food for breakfast looked amazing even though we didn’t have the chance to eat. They offer thoughtful touches like a s’mores set up for you if you want to sit by the fire pit and fresh cookies to take during the day. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in Cooperstown. "

The staff was super friendly and gracious, the central sitting area was comfortable, and the morning coffee was tasty. A picturesque 20-minute drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame through winding country roads. "

"Very nice property. We had a very nice room with a large balcony overlooking the lake. Quite beautiful. Stayed here to attend our grandson’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown so it was fairly convenient. Everything is in excellent shape with many new upgrades it seems. Only drawback was no close dining without driving 15 minutes into town. I do recommend this motel though. "
