"Had to help the Night staff change the sheets as it Gad hairs both on the pillows and sheets, so did the floor around the bes :(. Staff was helpfull. My room was fumigated without prior notice so when I came back that Night my Door was slightly open, needless to say I was surprised and escarde to find my Door unlock. "Really sneaky hotel. Staff at the front desk did not mention how much the parking was until after the deposit was paid, as a result they will lock you into it before disclosing what is collected within the deposit. Overall not straightforward at all and just shady business tactics. Property is old and not up to current day standards. The bathroom tub in our room had cracks snd shower curtains were messy. "

"Both mornings of my stay a housekeeper violently banged on the door and entered the room despite me saying I was in the room. Today at 9am. I called to speak to someone at front desk and they told me ‘this isn’t out department’ then proceeded to tell me I’d be charged $25 per hour if I checked out late and that I owed $8 got a bottle of water. "It was a wonderful place that I would totally choose again when in the area. Just fyi if noise is something you cannot handle then you might have to reconsider staying in the downtown area. It can get loud at night but we were able to overcome that. Everything else was great. "

Despite moving our room, the damage was already done. They requested that I send pictures to the manager, but I never received a response. I wish they had done more to put me at ease, but overall, I had a pleasant stay with a hot shower and a super comfortable bed. "
