"The property is very nice. Easy access to a variety of restaurants and grocery store for snacks vs gas station snacks. We stayed 4 nights/5 days, the TV/cable service only worked the first night we were there. I called front desk and they assured me service would be available on 4/25 by 3pm. We had to use our cell phones to watch shows which was very annoying. Our key cards would not allow us access to the pool even after we addressed the issue with front desk. "Very clean room Staff was grate. Breakfast was grate other then getting charge 2 time for one Breakfast told this staff that I calt it that night . He was very nice he gave me a coffee I told him it was the girl that worked the day before. He told me to call my bank and they will take care of it. Me and my husband in joyed every thing. Grate place love it."

"They ran out of regular coffee for the included breakfast and the sausage could be cooked a little more for my liking, and the boiled eggs could not be peeled without wasting a lot of the egg. Everything else was acceptable. "

"The staff was very welcoming and courteous. I found no problems with parking. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had an actual fan, which I found other hotels did not and the mirror got steamed up. Breakfast had a nice selection of items such as eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, bagels, croissants Waffle maker, fruit muffins m, cereal. Machine with varieties of juices and another very very good coffee. I had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place and would definitely stay there...

"The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The issue is when we arrived, our room was open but we didn’t immediately notice anything amiss. We assumed that it was the cleaning crew that just finished, but after being in the room for awhile we found a man hiding in the shower with the shower curtain closed. Upon finding this stranger in our room, we asked him to leave. Afterwards staff moved our room and there were no further issues. We were disappointed that there...

Upon arrival I inquired about late checkout due to appointments at Vanderbilt Monroe, and was told I would be able to have a late checkout. "The staff was helpful. We checked in extremely late and they were kind. The rooms were great, but there were a few issues. They were clean, however, the body wash was empty when we arrived and there was a nail from the carpet tack strip that was protruding from the floor, not enough to cause injury but enough to be noticeable. The breakfast tasted amazing. They had a limited menu you could order from and a few Starbucks drinks."
