"This place was very clean and well equipped to stay for a few days. The decor is abit beige but very comfortable. Leeson Street location is ideal for the 700 bus from the airport, the bus stop is right outside the front door. It’s also a busy road so a room away from the road might have been quieter. There building work on the 1st floor. You’re told it won’t start before 9am but it starts at 8am every day which isn’t good for a holiday. The reception isn’t 24hr so you get a code for the front...

"Property is not as advertised. We were not provided any toiletries not even hand soap. They would not give us fresh towels or more toilet paper. The front desk was rude and unhelpful. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the area is very noisy. Would never recommend this place. "

"I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location."

"We were surprised by the check in process. You have to collect your keys quite far from the apartment. So plan for a delay to use transit or a two-way taxi fare. The apartment was dirty. Mould in the closet. The beds were terrible (one like an air mattress & the other was hard as a board). The pillows were so used they were hard packed. The air freshener system is needed because a sewage smell came from one bathroom. The photos used to advertise the unit were not the same as the unit we stayed...

"Stayed at Cork Street in Dublin and honestly couldn’t believe the value for money. Although it’s usually student accommodation, they absolutely make it feel like a proper hotel experience during stays. The whole place was spotless, modern, and really well maintained. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, and the overall standard was much higher than expected for the price. You can tell...

"Good experience for the price which was super reasonable. Staff at the location were so helpful. Very secure and in a good location also. Plenty of amenities if needed - gym/laundry room/work space etc. "

"The room they assign to us was very comfortable for 4 people. The 1 bathroom is on the hallway, and the kitchen/dinning room/sofa bedroom has a door, so everybody gets privacy. The area is not turistic so may look not safe but it is literally 2 blocks from everywhere we wanted to go, except the Guinness tour which we walk to in 22 minutes. The check in and check out process was very easy and the personnel was very responsive. I would come back here."

"It was impossible to have to go far away from the apartment to “register”, and only get instructions to get keys who then still were a block away from the apartment, in a lockbox that was hidden in an area behind two doors (not exaggerating), and nobody explained that there were two different codes -one to get behind the doors, then another one (that they forgot to tell us!) to open the lockbox to the key….. We finally got in, only to find someone working on a broken bathroom door… it was cold...
