"Very clearly student accommodation, but it was clean, spacious, comfortable and we appreciated the extra touches that had been added for a bit of luxury - eg a great coffee maker plus pods; cushions and throws. The one downside is that it is quite a distance from the centre (a good 20-min walk) and not near tram lines. Buses into town stop right outside the campus though so with a leap card (available from spar, near bus stop) this might not be a problem. Really good budget accommodation if...

"Everything is great except for noise. We had a river view but the road between the apartment and river is non stop traffic and people. Check in smooth, apartment clean, toilet issue resolved immediately. Location is truly excellent if you want to be right in the middle of the nightlife, however I would choose slightly further away next time."

"Good location even though it was quite hard to locate at first, some signage above the door would be useful as it was just a door with keypad on the side and took us a long time to local. Apartment was nice but run down in areas and could do with a bit of a refurb. Peeling paint and blackold in Bathroom. "Felt like new. Awesome location. Great neighbourhood. Team was accessible, helpful and friendly. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 washrooms worked perfectly. Outdoor patio gave space for fresh air. Highly recommend this as ideal space and place in Dublin."
