"The pool was smaller than expected, but warm and relaxing regardless. The space is well-kept, and staff were friendly and professional. After a group of teenage athletes cleaned out the breakfast area, food was quickly replenished.
My room was very clean, but I have two small complaints - the refrigerator in the room kept making weird sounds, and my door was slightly jammed and I had to push and pull extra hard to make sure it was closed."

"Have stayed at this Hampton twice w/in a few months. Both times the pool was so cold I could not swim, or even do my water exercises. The object of my pool use is to loosen my joints and make them feel better, not to freeze them up more.
There was no hot tub available or I would have used that. I shared my concern with the front desk worker, who stated she had requested the water temperature be raised previously, but nothing had been done. I will not stay here again."

"I about panicked when, while I was checking in, the man behind the desk said, "I don't find a reservation for you." Then he said, "Oh, I am on the wrong page." (Whew!) When I got to my room on the 6th floor, my key didn't work, so I had to carry my luggage back down to the desk to had new key cards made. When i got into the room, I discovered that one of the two lights on the bedroom wall was not working; I reported it the next morning and it was repaired while I was out that day. To be candid,...

"The hotel is very clean and updated. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just okay. They are open during the week from 6:30-9:30. We arrived at 9am for breakfast and everything was mostly gone with nothing being refilled at that time. Yet breakfast should be until 9:30 and I feel like the food should be replenished until the end of the designated time. Also, there was no yogurt in the refrigerator. The coffee machine was...

"I don’t think I would stay there again for it to be in green, I was a bit shocked. But the staff was definitely nice and accommodating as best as they could be. The pool was ice cold! It’s like it was no heater or anything. I did find a heater in the pool, but I mean it was very small. The breakfast was not the best either and some guest overconsumed on the food. The beds were not comfortable. But the TV worked. And I like their water pressure in the shower."

"Myself and 2 friends stayed one night while in town to see a concert. Had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Everything was comfortable and clean. Small refrigerator in room, single cup coffee maker in room but did not use it. Microwave available on the floor near the ice machine. Breakfast was just ok. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would stay there again."
