Relaxing destination for sure.. Food was ok, but just like most all inclusive resorts, i waant expecting spectacular food. The rooms are very spacious but very outdated and the ac isn't the best. Honestly i chose tnis resort because of its location on the isla d! You can literally have fishes swimming around you..no snorkeling gear needed!

The room was good and the staff was amazing. I was disappointed in food selection of the buffet. In the 8 Days that I was there, the food was repetitive for every meal. I also was disappointed in the temperature of the pools. They were all ice cold.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were old and our couch had mould. It was cheap and cheerful. We talked to many who have returned multiple times. Honestly it still was a relaxing fun vibe. Just don't expect fancy 4 star. It's older but still a good time!

We have been coming to this resort for years and we love staying here. It is a smaller resort which is one thing we love. We never feel unsafe letting our teens run to their room or hanging at the pool while we are at the beach. The staff is amazing and you’re never without a drink or food options. We love ordering lunch on the beach! But if you want something different, it’s a short taxi ride to town. The water is the most beautiful clear blue, perfect for snorkeling!

Room was in fair condition. Beds were hard, however the mattress topper that we requested helped some. Would be nice to have a mini fridge to keep drinks cold in room. Staff was friendly, helpful and overall amazing! Pools and view is beautiful! Good would be better if there was more of a variety on different days. Alcohol was not impressive, bottom shelf.

Excellent service! Snorkeling was beautiful! Even more beautiful than the tours! Very clean! Food was great! Our flight was delayed and we had a nonrefundable reservation at the hotel, but they still moved our reservation up a day and made our stay very pleasant. Mrs Virginia (the reservation specialist) is wonderful!

Although the check-in process was slow, Federico was very helpful. We were most impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the whole property from morning to night, someone was washing and cleaning. The views were wonderful. The beach experience was our favorite! The beach waiters, especially Paulino and Oscar, was unmatched and we are extensive travelers. We will definitely go back!
