The microwave and refrigerator were not operable. The beds were made of metal and continuously made noise. No one ever cleaned the room or replenished the towels during the three night stay. "This is exactly what you would expect for an extended stay property at this price and location. The room was acceptable but plain, you could hear people moving around at times, and the only amenities I noticed were the fitness room and the vending machine. Bummed that there was no ice machine. Close proximity to several fast food restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating."

"The staff was AMAZING! Called ahead because we weren’t checking in until midnight. When we rolled in exhausted, they had us all ready to go. On top of being extremely kind, they were quick and efficient. The property was very nice! "

"Check in was a nightmare. First room has no electricity, second room had people in it, 3rd room was ok. Very dirty under bed and nightstands, questionable bed sheets. Bed were comfortable. We did not feel to try their breakfast. Overall a very rundown and sad hotel."
