"We booked this hotel last minute, after standing in the cold rain for hours when our ferry canceled. The accommodations were above and beyond what we expected. We were greeted at the desk by a lady that also went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable when we checked in, and also brought us extra blankets to help warm up. "The staff was very accomodating. We were early for check in but could put our bags in the room that was just cleaned, but we could move into the other room if we preferred. The first room on the bottom floor looked nice, but had a somewhat moldy smell. We were glad to get the other room which had a fresh smell. The bed was very comfy.
