"Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. The entire staff from the front desk reception and manager to breakfast attendant, was amazing and kind and was the reason we decided to stay again on our way back home. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay."
"Breakfast was closed before the scheduled time (7-11am). I was hoping to have a waffle at 10:30 but I was told I couldn't have it. All I had was a cereal in my disappointment"
"I went for breakfast, but was to late. The person there generously gave me some bread so i could make toast. I had OJ, coffee and toast. I thought it was odd that the breakfast was put away already, it was only 8:00. When i got inmy car i realized the time. Coming from CALIFORNIA my phone never changed time. It was reading 2 hours earlier. How embarrassing "
"Stay was ok. Staff member initially cancelled our direct reservation with Hilton in error and was more expensive to book with them than with Expedia."
"we've stayed a few times because it's halfway from home to our destination. Breakfast is good if you get there in time to get some, staff usually refuses to put more out if breakfast is ending within 30 to 45 min so don't wait too late. Rooms are old but fine, definitely smell old but gets better with AC on. And make sure you ask for the AC to be turned on, we got there late one time to a room at 100 degrees and it took over 2 hours to cool. This time I requested it be on and they did turn it on. They did not note the pet room I specifically booked from hotels .com and tried to turn us away at midnight due to having a dog... that I had messaged them about and specifically booked a pet friendly room. She insisted they couldn't see that note and it wasn't their problem. I had proof from hotels .com as reservation said pet friendly. At my insistence when she refused to let us in our room with a pet she called the manager and he said to give us the room. Hopefully they figure this out because it was not a pleasant discovery at midnight with a dog and 4 kids. "
"I was a cleaning supervisor for caterpillar and responsible for 3 millions square feet including executive offices.
I really was impressed with the cleanliness of the room I used to inspect for a living . The only thing I saw that needed to be done was the carpet up the stairs needed to be cleaned. Else was spotless yay for housekeeping and yay for the maintenance!"
