"Front desk is closed from 11 pm to 7 am, and there cards as stated when I checked in the first time get de magnetified very easily, so I got locked out one night and couldn’t get into my room until 7 am . Room was decent , but not in a very nice area of Orlando and had many homeless people and sketchy people all around the perimeter . "

"looks NOTHING the same as pictures shown. hallways look like Gotham city, beds were stained, air was thick, prostitution filled, keycards worked HALF the time, required a random $50 deposit, & I could go on for days. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I booked a 4 day stay through a third party site and since I would be checking in late I called per the hotels instructions. Rather than confirm the details were in order the guy was more obsessed with trying to sell me on the Wyndham timeshare. When I arrived I was told the hotel had cancelled our reservation and wouldn’t issue me a refund.
