"I did not know where to book after attending a conference in Orlando, and this place was more than perfect. Everything was clean and updated. I was able to walk to stores and restaurants, and the whole vibe was peaceful. The staff, like all the staff, were friendly. The gym was great, well-equipped, clean, and bright. I will definitely book here again. I was so happy to be here. "

"Very close to Universal Studios, which they offer a free shuttle to with pickup. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of food options. Rooms were clean and spacious. My only complaint was our check in. We got there early, 1:30 pm and check in is 3:00. They said about a half hour. At 2:00 no room and they said another 30 minutes. Checked again at 2:30 and was told the room still not ready, try back in 30 minutes. At 3:00 which was the normal check in time, they again said the room...

"Location, location: Proximity to Universal, restaurants and shops are the main convenience. While the room, the furniture and the washroom are dated, the cleaning staff has done their job properly. We felt the washroom room layout is off because the sink is located outside the bathroom; you are opening the door handle with unwashed hands. Parking fee was a painful surprise; we never knew about the parking fee ($25/day) while we booked the hotel. We wanted to dispute the parking charge. Expedia...
