"The property was tired and in need of an upgrade for the cost it was charging its clients. The tiled floor in one of the lifts was badly cracked. The seat in the toilet of my suite was in need of replacement. The chairs and sofa within the suite had low backs and was very basic and uncomfortable. The breakfast was self service and the food was not very hot. We requested three members of staff to have more coffee. Our stay for two nights for two suites including breakfast was pre booked. "The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."
