"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. We stayed for 3 nights but for longer stays the lack of storage would be uncomfortable since you’re practically living out of your suitcase. Very...

"Location was perfect. Hotel was tidy. Very Zen, leave your electronics elsewhere feel (ie. No phone, no tv); which we were expecting. The most minimalistic environment I have ever seen. Room amenities do not exist. No closet, no dresser, no phone, no counter space for toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup, etc. There was not even a toilet paper holder. The shower pools to almost the entire bathroom space. No privacy, frosted glass for bathroom. My wife and I are close but we typically don't openly use...

"Bedroom was very small...tiny, no windows. Okay, fine. But no chair to sit on or small table to do a little computer work or drink coffee in the morning, I had to stand up!!! Afraid to sit on the beautiful white bed ...without of coffee. Also, no phone. I case of emergency....what to do???"

"Our Economy Double room was spotless but the smallest room I've ever stayed in. Book it only if you are slim (otherwise won't fit into bathroom). Tiniest sink ever too! Nowhere to place suitcases even worse for a large one. Zero amenities. Only paper cups available. We didn't like that we had to hand in our room key & someone entered our room to bring fresh towels. "Room tiny but clean. Bed barely adequate - the thinnest, hardest mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel. I am not a heavy and I could feel the wooden slats underneath the mattress. I stayed one of two nights booked and stayed with a friend instead for the second night. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, property was reasonably clean. "

"I liked the garden and being close to the river , but as I was in a wheel chair it was difficult to access the terrace and garden from the hotel restaurant. There was no view from the window in fact couldn't see out or open probably for security reasons. On the whole our stay was enjoyable the staff very helpful and kind .
