Khách sạn Crystal City

"This was a wonderful hotel and had a wonderful stay. Room was clean and staff was wonderful."

"Friday night stay. Clean and well-maintained room. A/C-heating easy to operate. TV (Vizio) is complicated to use unless you are familiar with the Vizio remote. King-sized bed was comfortable. Had useful amenities: ironing board, hair dryer, 4.5 frig. Although room was good-sized, bathroom was tiny (but functional), with sink outside bathroom. Although located next to Interstate, hotel & room overall was quiet, safe, accessible, and close proximity to many restaurants. A good experience!"

"Loved the super clean hotel.. Comfortable beds , big t v, FABULOUS breakfast every morning.. GREAT LOCATION, we will come again and recommend to everyone"

"The pictures are a complete lie! When we got into the room it was obvious someone just left shower was still going water covered the floor, there was a sandwich bag in the tub hoping it was for someones soap, there was kids toys on the night stand, fridge didn't work then there was a bunch of teens beating on the walls and screaming,i messaged front desk but i don't think anything was done luckily i was so tired and the sheets was clean so i finally fell asleep at 2 am. The pool was green and...

"Overall, the staff was great and we had a very pleasant experience"

"The property is clean inside and out and well maintained. Room decor is not to our tastes, but it looks very nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good - better than most hotels in this price range. Only complaint was the shade over the window did not go all the way down. I checked and the shade was not adjustable. There was a shear shade that was adjustable and could be closed to cover entire window. This allowed a fair amount of light in making the room a tad light for...

"Room very clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hot breakfast was good."

"There are certain things we expect to find in a motel room. A suitcase rack or bench to keep your suitcase off the floor and off the bed. None in our room and apparently none in any of the rooms. We used the ironing board. Risky. For the two of us, elderly, we only had a small computer chair and a straight back chair, most motels offer a soft overstuff chair. So no place for one person to sit except on the bed. Not enough lighting in the room. Difficult to adjust the room thermostat. And the...

"Very quiet set village by the farms, biggest complaint was the restaurant staff across the street haha. Room was spotless, staff was incredibly helpful and kind, breakfast was amazing"

"The TV in my room could only show "no signal". Even though reported to the desk the first night, it still would not work the next night."

"Recomend this location"
