"My Booking was canceled a few hours short of my check-in time on the day of travel and an alternative hotel was appointed a few miles away that had no parking and that was why I choose this hotel. local parking at long stay maximum was 24 hours so that ruined my stay to celebrate the king's coronation. the alternative hotel cost 50% less than I paid and was not refunded the difference. plans ruined checked out a day early. disgusting "

"Abdual was amazing with helping me find the entrance. Lovely crazy rooms, will be back soon!"

"Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. "Good stay here, more in Brixton than Tulse Hill where our daughter lives. Room adequate and very close to Brockwell Park which was great for a swim! Kettle in room for teas and coffees. We thought we may get breakfast as classed as a b&b but this is not supplied."

"Just there one might - nothing to complain about"

"Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there"

"Lovely stay, thank you to all the staff, good food, happy to stay again"

"Very clean and handy for Balham and the underground."

"Very pleasant place to stay."

"Great stay, property was clean and staff were pleasant, didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that but overall great value for money"
