"Place was clean and pleasant overall. Nice gym and pool area. Just curious about the architecture, with balconies for the ground level rooms but no door, one must go around and pass in front of everyone's little private balcony experience. Creative, but impractical. But I still enjoyed it."

"The shuttle bus services not good. The driver’s attitude is below par. There are too much noises from the air conditioner inside my room which made me hard to sleep. Water pressure in the bathroom is a bit weak. "

"Clean comfortable inviting room. Liked ability to open the window and let fresh air into the room. Nice happy hour and paid breakfast option. Lots of overnight parking on premises for $27 a day. Friendly accomodating staff. Located right off the 405 and across from the Westfield mall making it an even more convenient location. A very nice stay!"

"Terrible service. The room was not cleaned for my entire 3-night stay, and the reception staff was extremely unhelpful. When I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned, they said they were short-staffed, which is not an acceptable excuse. There were very limited supplies—barely any shampoo or towels—and after check-in, nothing was replenished. No towels, no shampoo, no conditioner. The entrance was also inconvenient, coming from the side through the parking garage, and there wasn’t even a proper lobby. Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. I only stayed because the booking was non-refundable. I wish I could give 0 stars—this motel would have been a much better choice."
