Khách sạn Custoza

"Easy check in"

"Liked everything except the green insects that was flying around. I know it’s the season but the problem is solvable with installing insect nets on windows"

"This was a really lovely hotel, rooms were lovely and spacious. I personally liked the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, however it can get so busy that it is not possible to use at times. I think having two jacuzzis or a time limit would make it a fair use for everyone. The outdoor pool was exceptionally nice, he came over to clean it many times. "Buona colazione e parcheggio comodo"

"Property was a bit outdated and the staff not very friendly. Parking was a little tricky and not well explained at the check in ."

"Tutto perfetto"

"Pretty good as a solo traveler, the bus also stops literally in front of the hotel to go downtown which was very convenient."

"Habitaciones limpias personal muy amable"

"The breakfast was excellent."

"Struttura elegante con bella piscina termale, personale top"

"Das Crowne Plaza Verona-Fiera liegt direkt an der A4/A22-Ausfahrt (Messegelände), hat über 120 eigene, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und keinerlei ZTL-Problematik, da es außerhalb der Altstadt liegt. "Ottimo soggiorno! Colazione top! Personale iper disponibile"

"The hotel is quite old and showing its age. The breakfast and restaurant menus were expensive and not very appealing. Out of all the hotels I stayed at in Italy, this was my least favorite. There was no warm and welcoming feeling."

"Wir können dises Hotel absolut empfehlen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist vollkommen sauber und das Frühstück ist toll."

"Disappointing Service at the Hotel Leopardi way below normal Four-Star Expectations! At check-in, the front desk could not locate my confirmed, fully paid Expedia reservation. Instead of offering assistance, staff repeatedly referred me back to Expedia. I spent over an hour calling Expedia’s US customer service from Italy. Most disappointing was the lack of customer care! Even after raising my concerns directly, I received no apology, compensation, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I...

"Nice location close to numerous restaurants and a short cab ride to the old town area."
