"We stayed 2 nights at this comfort inn. It is an older hotel that has been renovated probably within the last 10 years. It has been well maintained. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. The room was super quiet. If I had anything to complain about it would be the low flow shower head. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we did not use them"

"When I booked my reservation it said that breakfast was included for 2 per day but when we went to the breakfast restaurant, they said we had to pay $23 dollars. I mentioned it to the lady at check out and she said that she would tell the manager and have them be in touch with me about it but never heard from anyone. I even showed her and she agreed that it said it was included"

"Our tv did not work. The hot tub was down. We wanted breakfast, but it was already taken down. There was mold on the ceilings. And staff walked in our room in the am without knocking."

"The room was muggy and smelt musty. There was clearly water damage that had not been properly fixed. Wallpaper was rippled and pulling way from the walls, stains on the ceiling and walls. Massive cob webs. Sheets were dinghy and not crisp white. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 15 years. They have not updated anything. Our room had only one usb port that didn’t work. The shower did have great pressure. We will not bee staying here again."

"Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation."

"An excellent option. Quaint boutique hotel with restaurant and bar. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Their restaurant have a lot of gluten-free options. I recommend it!!!"

"Since this hotel seems to be designed for potential long-term staying there wasn’t really a real comfortable place to sit. The couch is fine but it needs a nice comfortable chair like a recliner that You can lean back and have your feet up."

"It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!! "The hotel is older, which at first I was a little nervous. BUT, it is very clean and the room we had was huge in comparison with other hotels that I have stayed in! The beds were also the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at a hotel. There are many convenient places to shop and eat right by the hotel as well. That came in handy for my daughter and myself. In Minneapolis (and nearby areas) when asking how far something is they will tell you “about 20 minutes”. It is the truth! Mall of America-...

"Did not have breakfast as described. Charged $3 per water bottle in hotel room. (Obviously snacks are never free, but I had never encountered being charged for water. Let alone $3 for a tiny bottle.) Additionally, I was not notified UNTIL I arrived that there would be no hot water in the morning. I understand that renovations and maintenance happens, but they had the ability to message me about this beforehand. I know this because they had messaged me already about something unrelated."

"Breakfast was a joke - only coffee and hot water, no juice or fruit. Oatmeal and prepackaged sweets do not make a breakfast. Accessible room had a tub. This was not handicapped accessible. No blow dryer. No coffee pot or any utensils. TV was located in front of one bed. Hard to access from the rest of the room. Remote was difficult to use. No comfortable chair, table or light near chair for reading, etc."
