"OK hotel, particularly at the price. Rooms rather small and (at least in my room on 2nd floor) bathroom stand right next to bed. OK for solo occupant but very cramped for 2. Almost no shelf space for clothes, with the only options being high up and consequently dusty. I am 6' tall and even I was struggling use these spaces. Reception on 3rd floor is rather like a travel agency in 1970, with 2-3 seated people behind desks. Not a welcoming experience in my view. Hotel is close to Clarke Quay but separated by a busy road. Getting to Clarke Quay is outside on overpasses. No shops or any facilities around the hotel. Use the hotel restaurant (I did not) or walk to CQ where lunch and dinner are catered for but breakfast scarce."

"From check in to check out, staff were amazing. So friendly, helpful and genuinely invested in your comfort and wellbeing during your stay. Perfect location, spotlessly clean and club facilities were fabulous, along with the views. The Day Spa was devine, very relaxing and fantastic treatments. Absolutely loved our stay, highly recommend."

"Every member of staff was fantastic and delivered 5 star service. Hard to single any particular person out as they were all so good. The room (Marina Bay view King) and pool were lovely, very clean and a nice balance between modern and old-world charm. Only minor fault was the room did feel a little tired and there was nothing really in the way of amenities in the room (free soft drinks or snacks). Would still recommend 100%"
