"Bathroom wasn’t very clean, pool reeked of mold and had lots of water puddles all around the room that contributed to the mold. Found mold on the side wall in the pool. Water was cloudy. At least 5 dirty towels wadded up on the chairs (pool room was empty besides us). Breakfast staff wasn’t great ..."

Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria
"Excellent service from the staff, they were very helpful! Our first room had a distinct smell, probably from the hotel being older. We asked for a room change and they accommodated us rather quickly to a new room. If they do some upgrades to the rooms, we will definitely go back!"
