"Could use more breakfast items "

"This is my third time to stay here. Love the staff. They are always helpful and welcoming. Within easy walking distance to all the things we like to do. Parking is easy. Car is quickly delivered when asked for. The welcome gifts was a nice treat. Will definitely be back. Malcom and the front desk and Devin who helped us to the room were standouts. "

"Pool and hot tub were dirty. Hot tub water was greenish yellow. Staff claimed pool pumps were not working properly. "

"Nice and clean hotel, great location, just a15 min. drive to French quarter or Magazine St. Staff was wonderful. Ample parking across the street from hotel, with security. Thank you for a pleasant stay. "

"The Westin is the perfect place to stay! From the location in French Quarters to the comfort in the room, you will not be disappointed with what the Westin has to offer. I will say that the food options are limited and does not give a wide variety of choices, including the breakfast buffet (same food choices daily), but overall, if you want to be in the heart of French Quarters, this is an ideal location. Not to the mention, this hotel sits directly inside the mall- Canal Place- take the elevator down into Saks 5th Ave and other luxury shopping stores for your convenience. I will definitely consider staying at The Westin again while visiting New Orleans. "
