"It’s a no frills hotel. Great value for the price. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. It’s very clean and the included breakfast was delicious! We did encounter some issues and the staff tried their very best to resolve."

"Just ok. Upon arrival we discovered fingernail clippings on the bathroom sink, dust & hair inside the dresser, mold in the bathroom, couch was falling apart, had a strange odor. House keeping didn’t come at all during our stay, even after I requested a clean. The maintenance man knocked on the door and then automatically entered while we were inside the room- which is a safety concern especially when traveling solo with two kid, the dishes in the cabinet had food stuck on them, a pregnancy test...

"Overall, the hotel suited our needs but, I feel they should offer some type of breakfast above what was offered. Many hotels we have stayed in offer this amenity and are in the same "design" as this location."

"Everything was clean, and there was a verity of food for breakfast, it was a quiet room, but the comforter we had did not have cover and when we tried to call the phone was broken. Also the parking was a little expensive. But over all it was a nice visit though."

"The only issue I had was with checkout. The employee on day shift said that staff was available 24 hours a day. When I went into the lobby at 4am to checkout, the employee was in a back office. When she finally came out, she wasn’t wearing shoes and she wasn’t wearing a name tag or any type of clothing to indicate she actually worked there. "The lady at the front desk could have been more informative. She didn't tell us (not does the website) that we were being charged $5 every day our vehicle was on the property [even the day you arrive and leave] they charge you a parking fee. It should be $15 we were charged $25!! The rooms could be cleaner. I always clean our room before we get comfortable. But this is a room that needed my attention. Everything else was good.
