"I chose this property due to it being close to the airport. Funny thing, I never heard one plane flying. The first thing that I noticed when walking to our room was how dirty the hall rug was. We were in awe with the size of the room - it was big. We had a double queen size beds with a sofa in the room. The sofa was filthy that I had to put a sheet over the sofa before sleeping on it. There were 4 adults and due to my handicapping condition, I can not sleep in a bed. I sleep sitting up...

"For the price, thus excellent. Very comparable to the Hampton Inn, Springhill Suites type places, but half the price. Hilton and Marriott need to reduce their prices and points to be competitive. I am Diamond Member and Platinum Member of each, but ut just isn't worth staying in those chains when you need to pay double the rate of a La Quinta."

"Pool was cold was told at end of stay that they have been having issues with the heater on the pool stay would have been more enjoyable if we were able to take more advantage of the pool that was the man reason for our stay breakfast really good and manager on duty the day of check out was really nice "

"The air conditioner worked really well. The one downside i did have was the room wasnt vacumed all that well. The ladt receptionist at the front desk wasnt the most polite, the outside area was littered with trash. For the price I paid, id highly re consider next time."

"I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast...

"Property was conveniently located right off the highway. Check in was easy, staff member I believe her name was Jessica, was super friendly, and welcoming. Room was clean, no funky smells, king size room was comfy. Breakfast was okay, my kids had waffles, sausage and bacon, enough to hold them over until we were ready to leave, and that’s really all they need. The pool was “not freezing”, but not hot. Hot tub worked. Gym room was clean, not smelly, and functioning. There was nothing negative...
